DSP865A No-Clean Lead Free Solder Paste
865 no clean lead free solder paste has the same features as formula 862 except for the non-conductive, clear highly insulted post solder residues remain hard. Excellent printability and extended stencil life with “ response-to-pause” time. Provides a wide print speed window from 25mm/sec-150mm/sec (1”/sec – 6”/sec) same as 862.
