Green appearance of the paste provides operators ultimate identification of Lead-Free paste on stencils, in jars, on spatulas, on stencil wipes, and on printed circuit boards—anywhere until reflowed. Post reflow residues, while clear, are UV detectable to further distinguish Lead-Free from Leaded solder on assembled boards. and reflowed joints have normal metallic appearance and shape.
