Everkleen 1005
A buffered, biodegradable cleaner, formulated to convert rosin into a water soluble soap product. The unique anti-foaming agent contained in the concentrate, minimizes foaming and reduces any dragout losses. This cleaner will not attack most plastics, anodized surfaces; and will not remove ink markings on components. Cleanliness results using Everkleen 1005 exceeds the cleanliness requirement of MIL-P-28809.

HDT-200S Digital Titration Kit For Everkleen 1005
The performance of Qualitek saponifier 1005 may be monitored by titration. A measured amount from the wash tank is titrated with a test solution (8N HCL) to an end point indicated by a color change. The titration reading allows for a calculation of the concentration. View table on technical data sheet to determine the appropriate amount of saponifier concentration within the prescribed range.
