Qualitek has developed several types of Delta Solder Paste designed specifically for use in Pb-Free circuit board assembly.  Qualitek Pb-Free DSP includes No-Clean, RMA (Rosin Mildly Activated), RA (Rosin Activated) and Water-Soluble solder paste types for surface mount assemblies that are required to be Pb-Free.  Delta Solder Paste Pb-Free types are available for printing, dispensing and package-on-package assembly.
